Mercy Eke officially became the brand ambassador for Mario and Juliet wipes on Monday, December 9, 2019, after signing an engagement deal with the producers of the wipes, Craft Methods Limited. The signing was conducted at the mini-conference hall, Four Points by Sheraton Hotels, Lagos. Present at the signing were Mercy Eke and her lawyer, Barr. Chijioke Ojukwu, as well as executives from Craft Methods Limited led by the Head, Marketing and Communications, Onwubuche Tobechi Chidimma.

The mouth-watering contract was announced on Wednesday, December 11, 2019, at 6:00 pm amidst pomp and pageantry. The signing of Mercy as the brand ambassador for the wipes shows the brand’s resilience at attaining a mind-first status in the wipes and diapers market having earlier contracted multi-award-winning singer, Davido as the face of the Mario and Juliet Diapers days before the birth of the singer’s son.

Since hitting the market late last year, the Mario and Juliet brand has demonstrated viability, visibility and has garnered a large chunk of the diaper and wipes market share all over the country. In an interview after the signing, the brand owners assured users that their products are made of premium quality and are primarily designed with the user at heart.
